Indoor

• Coed 6's 300/team

• Men's/Women's $300/team

Beach

• 2's $100/team or $120/Team

• Coed 3's $150/team

• Coed 4's $200/team

Team Withdrawal & Refund Policy:  

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise; however, late withdrawals drastically impact tournament scheduling, pool placements, and facility commitments.

• Withdrawal Timeline: Teams wishing to withdraw must notify the tournament organizers in writing at least 8 days prior to the tournament start date to be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds, partial refunds, or future credits will be provided for any withdrawal within 8 days of the tournament. The no-refund policy within the 8-day window applies to all other situations, including last-minute player injuries, illness, or a team's inability to field a complete roster.

• FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS: 

  1. Weather Policy (Rain or Shine): Matches will be played rain or shine. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits based on poor weather forecasts or actual weather conditions on the day of the event.
